against multiple opponents, kings are usually just 33% favorite to win. so 2/3 of the time they're not going to hold up, and since its low limit, nobody's going to fold no matter how much you jack it up. I use to play low stakes, but it got way too crazy for me and I switched to no limit and now I rarely lose with AA, because everytime I get it I jack it waaay up. wanna see a flop with your pathetic J4os? go ahead, it'll cost you 2 grands

but low stakes no foldem holdem does have high ...

i've never played high stakes so I dont know what bankrol you need. in fact i dont' play ring games at all, i find them quite boring. I play exclusively sng tournaments, and the bankroll for that is around 25 buy ins.

and as for no limit, the size of your stack is almost as important as the quality of your hands. you need much more chips in no limit. around 3X as much as in limit. so if you normally buy into a 2/4 limit game with 100 dollars, in no limit 300 dollars should give ...

sng 's good cause you're never gonna lose that much in a day no matter how badly you're running. you enter for a fixed amount and that's the maximum you can lose, but you can win up to 5x the buyin. so ther's less variance on the bankroll because of that

for example, 2/4 limit game. if you run really badly for a week, you can lose maybe $400
but in a $5+0.5 sng, you can lose 20 times in a row and still only losing $110. and losing 20 times in a row doesn't happen all the time if ...

I dont work cuz I suck at finding a job, it's either school or poker. and I do plan on maybe going back to school to study accounting, and I have applied, but for now, poker is what I do. and about a month ago a made a decision to buy a computer and play online poker to try and make some money. and so far its going good.

I have attempted this before in the past but went broke cuz I played 2/4 limit with donkeys, and since low stake limit have 90% more bad beads than any game, I tilt ...

I plan on playing $10 sngs for the rest of this year. maybe $20 next year. but I dont rush, I just take it slowly and make sure I'm beating the game before I go up.

in sngs, the players get eliminated, and soon its 6 handed, 4 handed..etc and the rounds are faster. where in ring game, its 10 handed every round. so in sng you might see 80 hands per hour, where in ring game only 60

$5 and $10 sngs are pretty much the same. dont know about $20, never played it .

I 2 table right now, and its fine. but any more than that and I cant concentrate.

you can probably 4 table in a ring game because the action is slower. but in sng, if you get down to 3 handed on all 4 table, you cant play good. your head will spin. very fast.

maybe some people can 4 table sng, but you gotta think very fast. your decisions got to be very sharp. you cant spend more than 5 seconds on each decision.

I heard some guy do 12 tables at once. he played ...
