ub rakeback

Hello, i've registerd an UB account via poker-strategy, but i cannot e-mail you to complete the tracking of my account for rakeback. When i click on the banner "e-mail us" to finish the process, microsoft outlook starts and my computer suddendly gets stucked.
Is there another way to complete the registration?
My UB username is teofilo4
