Aye, that fee stinks. Only applies to USA players too. They actually put that fee in a couple of years ago, right after Neteller stopped working with USA players. Most players don't notice because the average player isn't depositing $2k ;]
Their explanation = the cost of accepting USA deposits has increased as fewer options are available. So they spread part of the cost to the affiliate and rakeback player...
